FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to book a reservation or do you accept walk-ins?
We currently do not accept walk-in appointments. Please book online for a reservation.

Do I have to wear anything special?
A face shield, protective hat, and gloves are provided for rage services. Must wear closed toe shoes.
Goggles, gloves, and a mesh cover up is provided for the Paint only session.
Do I have to sign a liability waiver?
Yes, you must sign the waiver online before coming in for your appointment. It is located on each tab, included in the booking confirmation email, as well as linked below. Each person coming in for the reservation must sign the waiver.

Am I allowed to remove the provided gear?
No. The proper gear must be worn throughout the entire session for your safety.

Do I pick the objects I smash?
No, objects are subject to change based on what is on supply. This can include but not limited to mirrors, glass doors, vases, toilets, shelves etc. (One person who books will have something completely different to break then the next person).
Can I bring my own items?
On top of the items provided, you are certainly allowed to bring in any items of your own to also smash. The price does not change.

What if I am finished supplies before my time slot is over?
We only allow between 10-15 minutes to complete your booked session. If you complete it before your time is up, you are NOT given extra supplies to use.

Why was my reservation cancelled the day of my appointment?
We require an email address at the time of booking. Not only do you receive a confirmation of your reservation but we also send an email out 24 hours prior to your reservation that you MUST reply confirming your attendance. This insures your time slot is saved, otherwise we cancel the day of your appointment to open the booking time for someone else.

What is the age requirement?
18+. ANYONE under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian. It is not necessary for the parent or guardian to book a session, but he/she must remain on site of the session.
